Hello! I have had this doll for about 18 years after inheriting her from a couple of doll collectors whom I never met or knew. After a bit of research, I have found that she is identical to an IDEAL Patti Playpal doll from the 1950-60s, except that she has no marking on her from IDEAL. She is 35" tall, used to have rooted brunette hair (now most of her hair is gone), has sleepy eyes, and movable arms and legs. If she used to be a walking doll, that technology is no longer in place. She came with a trunk full of antique clothes, but I do not think any of them were original to her-- they were probably period children's clothing. I have three questions about the doll:
1. Is it possible that she is an IDEAL Patti Playpal if she does not have a marking from IDEAL?
2. If she is a Patti Playpal, how much would she be worth in this condition (missing hair, a few scuffs and scratches, one leg is slightly loose)?
3. If she is a knockoff version of the Patti Playpal doll, but still an antique, would she be worth anything in this condition?
Thank you!
I also have two other dolls I want to sell. Both are porcelain. Pictures are attached. More information could be provided upon request.

Not a Patti. Genuine Pattis were always marked.

She is an unmarked clone. The rooting pattern indicates she likely had short hair originally.
People do collect and restore the clones. She would make an excellent re-root and restoration project for someone. I cannot guess as to her value, sorry. If the clothes that came with her are in good condition it makes her all the more attractive to collectors.
