I need help identifying some Mattel small dolls

Are these dolls polly pockets?

Their heads are bigger and they are a little bit taller than the polly pockets I have seen in the past. They are 3 5/8" inches tall.

Are they McDonalds Happy Meal dolls? they look the right size and type

They do not appear to be McDonalds.  I don't see a McD marking.

have you ever seen McD markings on the toys? the Madame Alexander ones were actually higher quality than these ones
