Doll ID Help, Please

Hi,

Looking for some help identifying this doll. It measures about 19”-20” tall, and the eyes open and close. Great teeth, too. Classic story of “found in grandma’s attic.” I appreciate any help.

Looks like an antique German Hertel Schwab character baby, mold #152.  Depending on condition, might be worth $150 to $175.
