DEP Handwreck doll question

I posted this on another doll group but there doesn't seem to be very much traffic so I'm coming here looking for help. 🙂  I've also tried doing some research but still can't get answers.  I have a doll that is stamped "DEP Germany Handwreck".  The number "6" is at the base of the neck.  There may be more on top but the hair is glued down and I'm hesitant to remove it (unless you think I should).  Anyway I'm just wondering if anyone would know the age.  She doesn't appear to be as old as some others I've seen online.  Also her body is perfect.  Am I right to assume the body is a replacement?  I can't tell the material of her body so that has me confused.  She's about 24" high.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  TIA!  Val

DEP Handwreck doll question

she's a modern doll, would put her no further back than late 1980s if that, try to research that way, okay sticking with my guns on this, she is a remake mold with the composition body probably late 1980s but well taken care of, foor reference only original company: https://dollreference.com/handwerck_heinrich_dolls.html

Thank you!  Thats what I suspected but I couldn't find anything to confirm that it was newer.  I did see their website while trying to do research but I couldn't find where they date their stamps.  I was trying to figure out a value and all the ones I saw on line definitely looked older than her.  ðŸ™‚

they mid late 80s were the hayday for a resurgence of doll collecting, many of these old molds were used of the heads & you could acquire the bodies at craft doll making classes or they would be made and sold like this. this looks made & sold because the quality is very good but the colors are off. am seeing a woman on etsy selling some of these as original [not this mold but others] one in fact aI actually have from the 80s, think she has too many dolls to claim ignorance & is getting top dollar for them
