Vintage Glass Identification

I have been unable to identify this pattern, but I have ran into a lot of it lately for some reason. There are no makers marks.

Not sure if this will help or not but I have some stainless steel flatware from Japan with stars on them (pic attached).  The flatware has the following on it:

Stainless Japan  "Heavenly Star".  The "Heavenly Star" is in flowing script.  The flatware was from post WW2 asit came from a family estate.  Not sure if this does anything for you but maybe point you in a different direction ...

Try Javit for the cut on the stemware.  They didn't make the glass, they decorated it.  Circa
