Pattern / maker ID help with uranium green glass tray with flowers

I'm looking for help identifying this, and any other info offered is also appreciated.

I think it's a condiment tray. It's green (the first photo makes it look yellowish, but it's green). It glows under UV. It measures 8 1/2" long and 5 1/2" wide (including handle). The flowers are molded on the underside. There are remants of gold along the rim.

I googled it with no luck. I looked through my Florence Depression Glass book. I searched Chataboutdg using tray flower, and didn't find this pattern. I'm open to suggestion on searching.

I think I would try leaning in the area of a vaseline glass vanity tray... hope that helps a little! If so, it may be worth a lil more money, as well!
