Help to Describe Vintage Shiny Brite Christmas Ornament

Hi!  I've been selling my vintage Christmas ornaments.  I have a larger ball ornament, Shiny Brite on the end cap.  It has a gold "something" with foil cut outs in a floral design.  Is there a name for this type of design?  I have searched eBay with lots of different search words and cannot find anything similar.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance, Mary

IMO it looks like someone added a Shiny Brite cap to something they made.

I agree. Not a vintage ornament... someone reused a "shiny brite" cap

Thanks for the information.  I think my grandmother probably purchased it - she and my mother were not craft people.  And someone added the end cap.  I had put the ornament up and have revised it to take out the Shiny Brite - thanks for your help in preventing a big mistake here!  Mary
