I was recently hit with a couple of Vero complaints from HP which in my opinion were brazenly false. HP recently settled a class action suit having to do with putting phony programs into its software to block HP printer owners from using compatible ink cartridges, thus trying to secretly cheat their own customers by forcing them to use expensive HP cartridges instead of compatibles. It is obvious that HP's ink department is run by people who are desperate to block sellers who have no contract with HP from selling genuine HP products at discounted prices (what I do), even where, as in my case, HP has already sold the item once. Has anyone else had Vero complaints from HP that they consider brazenly phony?
