I want to sell my account on Dragon Ball Legends.

You may have an account but BANDAI NAMCO has terms of service you agreed to when you made the account. Those terms state  you're not allowed to sell your account or give your password to a third party.

You might have an account, but you don't own it.

The owner of the game owns it and you are just using it.
