help identify jewelry maker

I need help to identify maker's mark on a berry cluster pin. It looks like a circle or a letter O maybe, followed by numbers 11711.  The beads maybe bakelite? Appreciate any info.

I can't really see it either.  Is there a chance it's just a copyright symbol?

I know nothing about costume jewellery, but others have said this is a useful site, if no one comes along with help:

help identify jewelry maker

Hi, thank you for trying to help me. I also thought it was a copyright symbol, but upon very close inspection with my loupe, it looks like two o's or zeros one overlaping. I did look at the website you gave me link to, before I posted my question to Ebay, and many other ones... to no avail. I was wondering, is there home made way to identify the plastic beads for being bakelite?
Thank you very much!
