Looks like good quality rare, much sought after , very expensive if it is real. Get the item into a very bright light, check for tone variation, dirt, real jade will have shade variations, fake will not , real is translucent.  CHeck for bubbles, fake  will have them, real will not. The string looks new, good luck.

It looks alot like one I sold a while back though mine had several colors of jade (green lilac white and pink) and a white jade flower instead.

To my eye, it looks like a recent Chinese import of some low quality stone.   Since your looking for information, I assume it's not you that has a lookalike listed as a "one of a kind" 1940s piece for a 3-figure BIN.)
