What kind of award is this. Company?

This eagle head on a base looks like an award to me. Has writing on one side. I tried to input some of this into google but could not find anything. Maybe someone knows. Thx for your time and help.

I don't see an eagle head.  Only one photo is showing.

Looks like a self-award to me. All their stats (compared to ?) in 2007 for their trophy cabinet.

A bunch of Northlands come up, the biggest being a debt collection agency in Wisconsin, but I'd start looking in Washington...

I'd look up shipping or freight companies in Washington state with the Northland name.

VOE, Priority Surface, Express all point towards transport.

Specifying WA is an indicator the company has multiple locations, at least one in Washington state.

The eagle trophy itself is generic and available from numerous companies that produce personalized trophies. This is some kind of corporate in-house award given to employees.

FY07 = fiscal year 2007

GLORIOUS!
