This one has me stumped. The round part measures 5 3/4" and has raised numbers in increments of 5 from 0-95. It has a spring lever that can be lifted and moved around to any number. It has two mounting holes and does appear to have been mounted to something at one time. Friends have suggested something to do with reloading, a game counter/scorer, a car thing (?), mold or die, and least helpful, a part to something. I think it's made of aluminum. Any ideas?

Hello vateeker....my first thought was that it reminded me of an Engine Order Telegraph plate, which is the device used up on deck by the boat captain to relay to the engine room below what speed he wants set...but that usually has words like "full", half", etc, and not numbers. So I don't know what it might otherwise be...so sorry!
