I am so grateful to have been helped the last time I asked and am hoping someone can help me again. I would like to list my set of assorted sterling Towle flatware but I have not been able to find out what these pierced spoons, forks or sporks are actually called.
I have searched and searched on line and at replacement silver sites but haven't found any like these.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Considering the length of this, it would be an ice cream fork.

Replacements seems to be calling this shape and size a large ramekin fork.

A "ramekin fork" is new to me, too Since a ramekin is a small dish in which an individual portion is cooked and served -- a portion of soup, souffle, pasta, cheese, eggs, seafood, cake, custard, you-name-it -- how does one eating utensil work with all those different foods to make it a "ramekin fork"? I'm not clear on this conceptm and it's been bugging me all day long.

Miss Manners: It's surprising what can be eaten with a fork
"GENTLE READER: If you insist upon a correct answer, Miss Manners is forced to say that ice-cream forks should be used only to eat ice cream. That is what specialized flatware is all about.
"However, you surely know that she shares your fondness for it and wants to do better for you. Just please be good enough not to betray her to even sterner purists.
"Ice cream forks are not the only table implements that combine a bowl with prongs. You could pass these off as terrapin forks.
"What’s that? Your guests don’t want to eat a gelatinous mass embedded with turtle parts? Miss Manners will try again.
"They could be used as ramekin forks. And you don’t even have to catch a ramekin. That can consist of anything baked into an individual dish, such as eggs with breadcrumbs, cheese, bits of meat, whatever you choose. A souffle, if you wish."

Replacements is a wealth of information.
Apparently, in that pattern, ice cream forks are the same length as a ramekin fork (5 1/2"), but the tines are only 3/8" long, and the bowl is solid not pierced.
And apparently, they can make an ice cream fork for you. Presumably, out of a teaspoon.
They also have terrapin forks listed, but no pictures or measurements are provided.
