Search and browse manipulation policy

I listed a vintage bangle and described it as not hinged. I don't understand why this is not acceptable. Thanks is advance for any help.

OP-Was it stated that not hinged was the specific problem or could something else have pulled it?

The listing wasn't pulled, it's still there. I am wondering if someone else complained, maybe the OP will say?

Yes, it is still there.  Maybe OP received a message from a potential buyer.  In any event, the description should be rewritten, with "nonhinged" or "hingeless" or "unhinged" or a similar single word used -- because, as others have said, people looking specifically for a hinged bangle bracelet will have this one come up in a search.

Thank you. I did not think of it that way. I was just thinking that some people would not want one that was not hinged and I was saving them time.

Re: Search and browse manipulation policy

Yes. They said that was the problem but didn't really explain why.

I think they realized it was not my intention to mislead people and they corrected it themselves.
