Please help identify this small porcelain cup

 Have had this cup over 40 years probably bought at a swap meet. White glaze is crazed and top edge is a little rough feeling.  Wwighs about 3 ounces. 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 3/4" across the top and the bottom is 1" across. Are the blue symbols Asian?  And is the blue area on the bottom actually a mark? Hope someone knows what this is I am very curious about it. Thanks.

It looks Asian.  Maybe it's a sake cup.  But, unfortunately, the cup in the pictures is small and too blurry.   I downloaded the photos and then cropped and enhanced them, but they remained too fuzzy to be of much use.  Someone may be able to help if you post clear, close-up photos of just the cup (without the bedding, pillow, and other distractions).
