Very recent. Made in China. That faux felt on the base is 15 years old at the most. The paint has been wiped off the raised areas to imitate wear. Can be found in just about any thrift store from $1.99 to $8.99. Not an antique, nor vintage. There is an often overlooked category used by many dealers with mall spaces trying to hoodwink the public into thinking pieces like this "might" be vintage and it's called used or second hand after they take the Made in China sticker off. Sorry.
