The big guy is Lou Ferrigno, played the alter of David Banner on The Incredible Hulk TV series.

The shorty is probably Jack Lelanne, the original fitness, nutrition guru, I found another picture of him with Ferrigno but it's from a later time.

The Hulk! Lou came to my college in the 1980's to speak. I was able to meet him and get a photo taken with him.
