Need help to read Japanese or Asian porcelain marks

Acquired this weird little piece with what looks like 2 ducks fighting or one duck biting the other. Appears to be hand painted. Can anyone read/interpret the marks on the bottom? I apologize if I have them upside down. Any idea of age or purpose? Thank you!
