Need help identifying 1981 comic strip art (artist, strip)

Hi all, can anyone help me identify the artist and strip of my amusing original art panel dated 5/14/81, copyright Field Enterprises Inc.?   Measures about 18.5" W x 6" H framed and is unsigned.  Appreciate the help!

Not positive...but I'm pretty sure it's a "Willie n Ethel"...take a look at the guy in the bed & these examples:

It definitely has a Joe Martin (artist) vibe..he does other comics but the guy looks like Willie to me.
