Need help IDing artist aquatint etching

I can use some help identifying the name of the artist on this etching. Image area is approx.  6" x 6". Overall frame size is 12" x 12". There is no information of any kind on the back. Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Not much help, but "La Carrera"  is Spanish for "The Race,"  so that might provide a clue as to the nationality of the artist.

Thank you, argon...it's a start. To me it looks like a small group of cyclists in motion so that makes sense. I only wish that the artist had signed his name as legibly as he wrote the title.
