Native American Indian Beadwork Indentification help

I was told this may be Pawnee.  I can not find a similar pattern.  Picked up in Louisville, Kentucky about twenty years ago at a flea market.  The beads have been hand sewn onto a leather strap, which I believe was done much later after the beadwork was created.  Measures about 1 1/4" wide and 15" long.   Thoughts?20170806_165218.jpg20170806_165210.jpg

Loom beaded. Some of these were done by Boy Scouts and others by craft kits. The design does not (to me) look tribal. May just be Indian style. There were also woodsman type groups that dressed as Indians.

Think a craft project might be correct.  Mother made something similiar as a Girl Scout in the 1930s.  A bit smaller, it was designed to be a book mark.
