Thank you all for your help on this. The emblem is actually attached to a cigarette lighter. I wanted to list it, but didn't know what I was selling. I was having no luck. I will now research (Kuomintang). Thank you again, I appreciate it! Have a good night, or and a good day! 🙂

@frompastt_0 Did you check out the links, though? It's the emblem of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Marine Corps, so there's no more research needed to ID - although background reading is always a good thing.
