Is this a Resin or plaster relief or a piece of junk?

Here is my second attempt with seeking an answer and trying to attach photos:

A neighbor gave me this and I dont know what it is.  It weighs about 1 pound, approx. 1/2" thick is white but has no markings.  The back appears to be taken from a mold.

Look to be a type of resin. I have seen these for crafts from the 1970s, for decorating boxes. Similar were sold by Patricia Nimocks, who did decopage. do an eBay search for  patricial nimocks resin

Can anyone help me attach photos?  I read the tutorial and dont see instructions there either.  I keep getting an HTML error then the post is dropped and the photos are not there.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can you retrace the steps you took to post these photos? What's different?

And, please, don't start a third thread on this because that causes confusion and you're less likely to get the help you seek.

Just click on "Reply" to this or any other post here, and when the reply box opens, use the camera icon as I showed in my first post.

Yes I am.  After I contacted Tech support.  Apparently it is an issue on their end.

The workaround is for me to attach Screenshots only like the error message above.  So I will post my 3 photos of the plaster relief now to my Original inquiry.
