Hole opening is index finger size.  Fairly rigid. Beaded on wire. Box says Luke & Vondey Jewelers but I don't know if the box actually goes with them.

Are the other ends (where the loops begin) closed or open and what is the size?   The box does not look like it belongs with these.

Not sure what the beaded items are but quite doubtful they go with the box.

this is going to drive me nuts, because I have one of these in my stash and never knew what it was. It is handmade bead work and most certainly didn't come with the case.

My guess is that it is contemporary Native American, the kind of thing a girl does for her first bead loom project. I imagine they are decorative and perhaps part of the pow wow celebrations (like to decorate a drumstick). They may have found their way into the case for sentimental reasons.

I say this because the one I have came with a simple 4-directions medallion necklace and other beginners projects.
