I believe this is art nouveau slag glass with a brass base. It is a three way table lamp. If you can please give me any information I would appreciate it.

Very pretty, but I think it might be a later reproduction.

I agree, 1960s or so. It is not art nouveau in style

What style do you think it is?

How can you tell if it is a reproduction or not?

Mostly by having seen and handled hundreds of lamps through many years. Anyhow, this will help anyone else who may have an opinion to offer.

I agree that this is a 1960's lamp. You can tell be the wiring. It looks too new to be something older and just the overall style is sort of that "Las Vegas" style from that time period. The style of the shade is too modern. The panels are more "flower petaled" style. Slag glass lamps from the 1920's, or older had more angled panels that were straight and featured the frames more. It's still a beautiful lamp with value. Good luck!!!!
