I have this medal/pendant and have no idea how to know what is it and how to set the price

Hello everyone,

I have this medal with hole, and don't even know if it's worth something. It looks like it's aluminium. I searched eBay, but didn't find it. Some similar medals are very valueable, bit for this piece I don't even know if it is a medal or coin. The more interested I'm in in setting the price.

It looks like a keepsake medallion
It shows the king/emperor of Germany/Prussia Wilhelm
Seems military related - Kaisermanöver was the annual military maneuver with the participation of the Emperor
Ostpreussen is Eastern Prussia
Dated Sept 1894

They loop broke off so someone drilled a hole it it

Using your hypothetical $100, this has been reduced in value to about $1  by the big, carelessly-drilled hole.
