I don't know what this is. 4 inches long , made of brass ,?

 Would anyone please know what this is and what it is used for. It is about 4 inches long and made of brass.  Looks like a little knife on the end of one piece. The other piece has something on the end that looks like an old  Fountain pen. And the other one looks like some kind of pencil or something but it doesn't right. Any help would be appreciated. As I would like to list it but don't know what to call it . Are its worst. Thank you in advance
