Help with writing on crystal vase

Hoping someone could identify writing on this vase. looks like a bunch of numbers and I have no idea who maker may be? Any thoughts would me appreciated. Thank you!

Cant make out the writing but the piece looks like Orrefors .

Could it be a social security number?

Some people used to use a hand held tool to write their SSN on possessions, to be able to prove ownership if the items were ever stolen.

Thank you lacemaker...not sure...I can't get a good picture of the writing/numbers but, it doesn't look like ssn..though it could be.
