Eugene Mauler Paris looks to be the printer. Looks like a litho.

I agree, and it's a somewhat faded one, although still attractive.  Art Nouveau fans will like it.  The artist's signature is frustrating becase it's almost  readable...  but not quite.

That's why I made sure the printer was identified correctly. Hoping the OP might take that info and do some sleuthing regarding the connection between the printer and artist and then compare sigs. Esp with all those cafe menus that were printed by them.
