Based on the mark, the maker is the Meissen factory, which has always been owned either by the Saxon Crown or the State. They are still in business. However, the crossed swords are one of the most commonly faked marks around. The quality of the pieces is more important than the mark.

I disagree.  Meissen is a coveted name in porcelain, I'd make sure they are authentic first.  Meissen is a name that people search for.

Good Moms let you lick the Beaters.

Great Moms turn them off first.

The mark doesn't look right, to me, but here it is enlarged, for the board experts.  As for the quality, the photos of the pieces are too out of focus to judge but it would appear  to be unexceptional.
