Help to identify Asian Characters and/or info on Beautiful Asian Plate

I'm hoping that someone can help me identify the Asian characters on the bottom of this oval plate. The plate appears to be all hand painted with a lovely group of 3 ladies in the center.  It measures 12" x 16.25". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Scroll down to Qianlong Nian Zhi, Da Qing...etc.  and look at #733,  "Great Qing Qianlong Period Make". Tentative date: 1960s period.
