Help in identifying the maker of these figurines

Need help in identifying these figurines.  There is a small piece of a foil label on the back of the one, starts with "M" which could be "made" but not sure.  Any help would be appreciated & thank you in advance.

That bue oval label is often seen on items "Made In Japan".  Many importers such as Enesco commissioned these cute little figurines.

Hmmmmm...  Maybe that's why I got the '70s "vibe"...   Probably their little baskets are for gathering peyote...
