Help identify cut crystal vase that is one of many inherted mostly German pieces

 Thank you eBay community for taking the time to share your knowledge. I inherited some antique crystal from my mom but a few pieces are not like the others and I am looking for information about whether they might be newer or if they are even German. I don't collect glassware and only want to keep the family pieces, which are not to my taste either, but, you know, family. This vase is about 12 inches tall and has sharp carving and  etching and it weighs a little over 2 pounds. Second picture is taken with black light on and the one beside it is the same view of the base. This is my first post in a dozen years so please forgive me if I've made or make mistakes when I try to find my way back here. Happy Valentine's Day!

Wow. Today, I was looking at this vase and the sun streamed through the window and my answer was illuminated. I didn't see before that it is marked Libbeg, which I assume is Libbey. Thanks to anyone who looked at this. My question is answered unless there's a German glass co. named Libbeg!
