Help Identifying this Candleholder

I've had this candleholder for at least 30 years, and I've not seen anything like it and can't identify.  It has the glaze look of Brush McCoy Onyx.  Does anyone have any idea what this is?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Reminds me of Brush-McCoy (Green) Onyx glaze.  Just a hunch.
