Help Identifying Teapot

Can anyone help me identify this teapot.  There is no name on the bottom, thought maybe it was Wedgewood Jasperware but everything I found on that says it would have "Wedgewood" stamped on the bottom.  Lid is silver (needs a good shinging) on the bottom is a number "1662" in the center, on the edge is the letter "L" and below that is number "30 H or A".  Beside that number is more numbers a "3" and under that is the number "81".  I'm baffled.  Thanks in advance for any information.100_1062.JPG100_1061.JPG

Is there a hallmark on the silver?

I found a couple of pitchers with the same lion and ribbons attributed to Dudson, but no one shows any marks.
