Can anyone tell me anything about this picture. A friend of mine bought it back in the 50's in Chicago
It has art pub on the back of it. It measures 7" x 10" and it has it's original frame. Thanks for any help

The photos are too blurry to see anything. What is it you want to know?

Yes, your photos are very blurry. I'm pretty sure it's a decorative piece for the home made by Art Pub Co. of 2509 Cermak Road, Chicago. Here's a picture with a similar mark:
Some items have a circular mark and a different Chicago address, but I imagine it is the same company:
Mass-produced and of no great value, I'm afraid. If you check the front of the picture you might find a copyright date.

Novelty items with an English or French Colonial influence were mass produced in various forms in the 1920s & into the 1930s. Typical items included pictures such as yours along with silhouette pictures (in both flat and convex presentations), trays, etc. The style harkens back to an earlier, more formal period. These wares remain - to this day - in the Novelty category and add a lot of impact to a vintage or shabby chic décor though, as another eBayer stated, unfortunately do not carry much value.
