Help ID this coat of arms from a perfume bottle

Does anyone recognize this coat of arms?  The only one I can find is for a fraternity Phi Gamma Delta.

This one is on a silver mounted perfume bottle, so I'm wondering about the perfume/fraternity connection.  Could it simply be a bottle with the fraternity arms on it, or might there be a perfume maker who used this as a logo?

It's definitely theirs. Perhaps members of the fraternity could buy them as gifts for their girlfriends?

Quite possible.  Or, he could buy it for himself since it could just as well hold a man's cologne.
