Heavyweight vintage or antique? crystal pedestal cake stand - unsigned - anyone know the maker?

This is a very heavyweight crystal pedestal cake stand.  Would the heaviness indicate that it's lead crystal?  Any other info about the maker?  I can't find a signature anywhere.

It doesn't look crystal, but how heavy is it?  Honestly, it looks like pressed glass.  But identifying it with no marks is difficult.  Hopefully someone will recognize that pattern, but sorry, I don't.
