Fraternal, military, or club crest, seal, logo, insignia mystery

Anyone recognize this? It's a 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" buckle/pin made of enamel on silver type backing.

I'm wondering if it might be the insignia or crest/seal of a fraternal organization, military group, club, etc.

At first look I thought it was Native American because of the eagle and feather-like design. But there two scepters which leads me to believe it may not be.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It is not Native American.   It does not look military.   What I see is a recently-made piece of the sort of thing favored by  fantasy fans to go with their costumes and fantasy weapons.   In any event, I can at least help by doing this, so make it easier for others to give their opinions on it.

Much obliged. Didn't realize the photo wasn't oriented correctly until it was posted.

Thanks.

You're welcome.  The boards grab photos and do all sorts of strange things with 'em, especially if they're quite large, so pictures can look right as they're being posted and then end up all which-away.

I found some info on a crest by going to a geanology forum. Some have sections on "coat of arms" and family crests.

Yes, but this is not a crest nor a coat of arms from any country with any official heraldry.  This is just something someone made up, probably to do with some fantasy character or book.
