Fish Decoys

Hi,

I have 2 fish decoys that are somewhat different than other decoys and I don't know what they are and where they were made? An help would be appreciated.  With the mark on the lead weight (Looks like a keel) they could be Asian.  They also look like Eskimo art and could be from around there?

Any help is appreciated.
