Carnival glass engraving

Recently acquired and no luck with making out the engraving (Rawlins ___? 1917) or info. Any help is appreciated. No markings on bottom.pic5.jpgpic4.jpgpic3.jpgpic2.jpgpic1.jpg

Re: Carnival glass engraving

It appears to be Fenton Blue Iridescent Carnival Glass Blackberry Spray Pattern.

The Rawlins 1917, I can't read what's after Rawlins could be a commemorative engraving after purchase or for the recipient.

Re: Carnival glass engraving

Perhaps after Rawlins is the edition number - could be 2/210 or 2/40?

Could it be Rawlin's with an apostrophe? Rawlin's Hyo or something similar?  Maybe a souvenir from a business or place called Rawlins.  Just a guess.

Re: Carnival glass engraving

My brain processes it as 'Rawlins, Wyo', as in Wyoming, 1917.

Duplicate post.  I think it's Rawlins, Wyoming too. Wyo. is an accepted old abbreviation for the state.
