Karl Merck?  And the title seems to be "Original Rendering".

Thanks! I think original rendering is correct as I see other art works on eBay with the same title. Karl Merck though I can’t find.

I misused the word title I think - it isn't a "title" per se but rather a description.

It is German. Original Radierung, Original Etching.

My original thought was Merck and when I enlarged the name I thought maybe March.
