Does anyone know what this object is for? It measures 27" across the top (with the work surface closed) and including the turning scoops on the side. It measures 17" wide and stands 40" tall to the handle on the top. It could be a dough box ? I think there should be a crank to wind the bar inside the top interior that would turn the scoop carousel part. I would appreciate any help you can give.
