1910 Military Signed Photograph Please help Very Unique

Can  anyone read the signature on the back?

Can anyone based on the photographs tell me anything about it?

Looks like George Beughford, Corporal, 33rd Infantry. I probably have the last name wrong. It is highly unlikely that he is anyone of note. Looks to me like someone just took a photo and made a drawing of their friend George.

Since it's French the first name is probably Georges.   I see a "P" as the first letter of the surname.

It would be interesting to identify the waterfall location behind them as well as the other man's lapel pin, etc.
