Anybody know of this stamped hallmark?  

if my photo didnt load up,

Vl "FOB" (inside a shield) 750  

I cant identify the FOB hallmark.

3VI is the maker's mark for: F.O.B. Fabbrica Oreficeria Biffi of Vicenza, Italy active: circa, 1935 - 1971
