coin is NOT for sale. This entry is an acquisition 'report' to share the fun
of coin & token collecting with other coin & token collectors). This is a
nice Iron issue by a somewhat obscure place;
The Coin: 23.1mm dia. Round. Iron. VF+.
Obverse: Nice crowned COA center. Legend: STADT NEHEIM.
Reverse: Large '10' center. Legend: KRIEGSGELD PFENNIG 1917.

Mint: Gebruder Kugel und Fink, Ludenscheid.
Mintage: 50,000.
Numista Rarity Index = 71.
1202- Neheim first mention in document.

**Another nice Iron coin issued during wartime. And a river town also.
And a very nice city coat of arms.
The primary interest & fun is acquiring a new item as #621. And the
search continues whilst sheltering at home from the monkey pox
plague. (Seems to be several 'plagues' at the same time?)**

Looks like a fairly well built place! The 'title' appears to be Romberger
Strasse. Difficult for Heron to read. Thank you for the photo.
