CONTACT MARK OR SCRATCH

I NEED SOME HELP ON THIS LUSTEROUS AU TO MS LIBERTY SEATED HALF DOLLAR. IF YOU NOTICE ON THE REVERSE ABOVE THE EAGLES BEEK THERE IS A  MARK. DO YOU THINK THAT ITS A SCRATCH OR POSSIBLY A CONTACT MARK.?  I KNOW THIS COIN HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED, BUT OF COURSE IF ITS A SCRATCH IT DOES DETRACT MORE FROM THE VALUE. I HAVE PROVIDED A PHOTO. THANKS

Its a scratch. looks like sharp scratch to test silver. not a bag mark for sure.

Thanks for your input. I got a pretty good deal on this coin despite its problem with a scratch. I know a non flagrant scratch is better than being cleaned. It has lots of luster and might be uncirculated details. Guess i will never know unless i send it to be graded.  Thanks again !!
