How would we know.. Most eBayers create their own ID. I created mine. If you don’t like your IDyou can change it. 
If you can’t see your previous purchases with this ID then that only means you have more than one account.

Either you selected it yourself or eBay selected it for you, but the ones eBay selects are usually a number/letter combo.  Did you just now notice it?

First, it's starba-5714 (with a second "a").

My guess is that someone else logged into eBay on the device you are using and didn't log out, and you just went into it without checking if you are logged in on your own account.  Log out and log back in using your own login credentials for the account you want to use.
