can someone help me ? when someone sent me offer and i try to accept there is problem.

If this is a recurring issue, you may want to try a few things. Clear your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restart your device. Sometimes updates for operating systems, or internet providers cause conflicts with ebay. Chrome has that problem often and switching to another browser sometimes helps.  If you are using the App, try logging in the classic way without using the App so you get whole site access. The app often has issues.

If you are using a portable device and trying to use ebay with other apps open, try shutting them off first.
